Tom Schweizer is a retired not for profit executive, consultant and coach.  His experience with several St. Louis area organizations led to improved results, increased revenue and effective strategic planning.

He was the founder and director of Summit Leadership Initiative, providing urban middle schools with leadership development programs. In addition, he was a creator and director of Youth Leadership St. Louis

For the past 10 years he has served as a facilitator for the Witnessing White program, as well as creating the online monthly discussion program, Understanding What It Means to Be White and Privileged.

He has been a social justice activist and facilitator for over 25 years
