North City Photo ID Project

  • The Hub 3000 East Prairie Avenue St. Louis, MO, 63107 United States (map)

The North City Photo ID Project provides hands-on technical guidance and direct financial assistance to individuals working to obtain a Missouri photo ID and/or a U.S. birth certificate. Our team walks with you through the process — from identifying required documents to covering eligible fees — so cost and paperwork don’t stand in the way.

You can find full details about the clinic, what to expect, and what to bring here.

Appointments are required.
To schedule support for an ID or birth certificate, please call or text 314-252-8060.

Appointment times are available between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Our office is located at a community center called the Hub, 3000 E. Prairie Ave., St. Louis, MO 63107.

The closest major intersection is N. Grand Blvd. and St. Louis Ave. We are 2 blocks behind (west) of the Herbert Hoover Boys & Girls Club on N. Grand. The building is on Prairie Ave. between Sullivan and Dodier.
