• No official source documents clergy or chaplain access at any of the four facilities. We are working to figure out what clergy visit policies exist in Missouri and will update when available.
• The Johnson Amendment is in motion. Section 6 is a starting point, not legal advice.
• The status of ICE enforcement at “sensitive locations” including houses of worship is genuinely unsettled, and it is a legal-liability question. Get it in writing, dated, from an attorney licensed in Missouri — the MICA Project, Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, or a trusted, knowledgeable private attorney.
